I am thrilled to share that I have received my internship completion letter at 99acres.com (Info Edge), where I gained valuable experience in Lead Quality Management. My focus was on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the lead conversion process. Additionally, I monitored lead performance through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups. By prioritizing high-quality leads and optimizing follow-up strategies, I contributed to an overall improvement in conversion rates.
