My most honest and biggest critique yet. I took China’s 2-week pre-licensing course and she was extremely helpful with prepping us for the final and she was a very nice lady. However, I wish we had more time to go through the state stuff instead of the 30 minute talks that made me and the whole class distracted. We would’ve been able to go through areas that would be highlighted for the state exam. We spent the first week going through the material quite slowly, but we picked up pace after the first week. I cannot say for sure how much she has helped me with the state exam since I have not taken it yet, but the final seemed straight forward when she made us use the study guide we filled out.

I needed that in-person connection. I was not sure what to expect when I decided to enroll with Zarzuela’s Realty School, but I can now say it was the best decision I made!

My experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the teaching and guidance of the teacher, China. She is an exemplary Real Estate professional with abundant knowledge in the Real Estate field and a passion to share this knowledge with her students. She connects with her students and is always open to questions and reviews in a way that is easy to understand. The classroom setting is ideal for learning, and the material provided is comprehensive.

This class is a must-do for anyone who wants to pass their real estate associate state exam.

Omg! Where do I start! A teacher with heart and compassion for her students. China is an amazing soul. She is just an all round beautiful person inside and out. Class was great and the lessons taught in where clear and understable manner. China would go over a topic until you get it.
